Crone Yoga: An Autumn Journey
October 4 through December 13
Every other Sunday, 6-7:30p
There comes a point in life when we stop looking outside ourselves for all the answers. We have lived enough to know that life is beautiful and heartbreaking, that grief and joy often live side by side, and that healing doesn’t always happen by pushing harder. Sometimes it happens by slowing down enough to hear ourselves again.
Crone Yoga is a space for women who are entering this season of life or who simply feel called to live from a place of deeper wisdom. This is not about being the most flexible person in the room or keeping up with anyone else. It is about reconnecting with your body, trusting your own inner voice, and remembering that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Each gathering will include gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, reflection, and conversation. We’ll also explore yoga philosophy and the changing seasons as invitations to look inward and care for ourselves in a different way.
This series is meant to unfold over time. Meeting every other week gives you space to practice, reflect, and notice what is shifting in your own life before we gather again. My hope is that this becomes more than a yoga class. I hope it becomes a community where women can show up exactly as they are and feel supported through whatever season they are walking.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Every practice will offer options, and you are always encouraged to listen to your own body.
Investment: $180 for the six session series
Registration is required, and space is limited so that our group can remain small and personal.
