Reiki Level I Certification is an in-depth program focused on self-healing of body, mind, and heart through the foundational practices of Reiki.

This deeply immersive container is designed to support personal growth, emotional clarity, and the development of a grounded self-healing practice. Through guided instruction and practice, you will learn tools to work with stress, mental patterns, and emotional holding in a more conscious and supportive way.

Throughout the training, we will explore the foundational elements of the Japanese Reiki system, including its history, principles, and practical application. You will be guided through meditation, self-healing techniques, and hands-on practices, while receiving attunements to support energetic awareness and connection.
