There comes a point when simply getting through the day no longer feels like enough.
Many people move through life while their nervous systems remain stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, emotional shutdown, overthinking, people pleasing, or burnout. Even with awareness and insight, these patterns can be difficult to shift because they often live deeper in the body than the mind.
The Self Beyond Survival is a four week healing circle designed to help you understand these patterns with greater compassion while building the awareness, regulation, and embodied practices that support lasting change.
Together, we’ll explore how the nervous system responds to stress, why survival patterns develop, and how we can begin relating to ourselves differently through nervous system education, somatic practices, guided reflection, and compassionate inquiry.
This is not about fixing yourself.
It is about understanding the wisdom behind your survival responses and reconnecting with the part of you that exists beyond them.
Throughout the four weeks, you’ll experience:
• Nervous system education and polyvagal informed teachings
• Guided grounding and somatic regulation practices
• Resource development and bilateral stimulation techniques
• Exploration of protective patterns and inner parts
• Reflective journaling and weekly integration practices
• A beautifully designed workbook to support your journey between sessions
