Join Purna Devi and Amber Ireland for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help your body and mind unwind from the demands of daily life.
We will begin with simple intention setting and a short guided meditation to support the nervous system in settling out of “go mode” and into a calm, grounded state.
You will then rest comfortably while immersed in soothing sound vibrations, allowing the body to release tension, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to reset.
In this space, the body is supported to recover, restore, and rebalance.
We will close with optional journaling to help you gently transition out of the experience while maintaining a sense of calm and clarity.
This experience is ideal for:

No experience is needed. You are welcome to simply come as you are.
You may wish to bring a journal, water, and anything that will help you feel comfortable. A limited number of bolsters and blankets will be available, though bringing your own is encouraged.
